Each print-to-order piece is judiciously rolled and encased either in protective tubes or flat packaging based on its dimensions and genre. For enhanced conservation, we may incorporate acid-free sleeves or additional protective layers.
Framed Print Fulfillment:
Fulfillment of framed prints is accomplished within a 10-12 day window. They undergo rigorous packing protocols to ensure their pristine condition remains undisturbed during transportation.
Shipping Partners & Duration:
We entrust our shipping responsibilities to esteemed partners like Auspost, StarTrack, and Arame. Generally, domestic customers can anticipate delivery within 2-7 business days post-dispatch. Please note, delivery timelines may vary based on your geographical location within Australia, with remote and regional zones necessitating extended periods.
